CW Garage Door Distribution was born from a dream by our Founder, Craig Willert, to provide an unmatched service not currently being offered in the industry. CWGDD opened for business in 1999 in a small pole shed in Baldwin, WI providing garage doors to installing dealers and lumber yards. The business soon recognized its niche in the wholesale space and experienced rapid success. Quickly outgrowing the original Baldwin location, CWGDD decided to build a new larger building in nearby Woodville, WI in 2001 and added on to that in 2003. After a third addition in 2016, CWGDD now operates out of a 25,000 square foot facility with a company fleet of delivery trucks and trailers. Craig’s son Jon took the reigns as President in 2022. Today CWGDD partners with well over 100+ dealers and retailers in greater Minnesota and Wisconsin.
